During our recent family vacation at the Inn on the Wye, we discovered a comfortable base for our adventures. The chalet room was cozy, albeit small, providing a good haven for our one-night stay. My children were particularly thrilled by the soft play bus, which kept them entertained while we waited for our meals—a thoughtful touch for families. Dining in the pleasant restaurant offered lovely views, and we indulged in a well-organized breakfast with a reasonable selection. While personal service varied—the waitress radiated friendliness, yet her menu knowledge could have been improved—it didn’t detract from our experience. We also embraced the surrounding area, enjoying various water-based adventures on the nearby River Wye, something my family will treasure.
